Hirase Sake Brewery was established in Hida Takayama and has been continued sake brewing for 390 years since then.
"Kusudama Junmai Ginjo" which is made of Hidahomare rice, the sake-making rice in Gifu, has a sharp taste and the great sweet flavor of flower yeast of Avelia. Golden leaves in cherry blossom from inside the bottle, and the bottle comes with a glass sake cup.
